Now the Delhi Metro commuters can recharge their Metro cards through mobile application PAYTM. According to Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), There has been an agreement with the mobile application paytm and Corporation which will enable the commuters to recharge their cards by using Mobile app Paytm e-wallets.
Delhi Metro Rail Corporation issued a statement saying “The new facility will be of great convenience to the commuters since this will allow them to recharge their smart cards through their mobile phones. The transactions will be completely safe and the card or net banking details will be saved only once by App. Recharge through this facility will be fast and convenient,” The commuters also have an option of getting their cards recharged through the Paytm App via the website www.dmrcsmartcard.com. “However, after the recharge, the commuters will have to validate the recharge by tapping their cards at the Automatic Vending Machines (AVMs) which are available at all metro stations,” it said. The facility was launched in the presence of DMRC Managing Director Mangu Singh and Paytm CEO Vijay Shekhar Sharma.

- Go to the PAYTM website (https://paytm.com/) and click on Metro, given in the main menu. The new page will be appeared after clicking on Metro
2. Now you will see ‘Recharge your Metro Card’ box. take you mouse to the box and select Delhi Metro. After filling your card details and recharge amount click on ‘Proceed’
