45 Mins of Your time ,that’s all i need to transform you.I assure you this will be a happy journey and at every bit of success you will be proud of yourself.so LET’S START
Basic funda of your success will be The intent shown by you during next six months,yes i am going to transform you in Six months.
I am firm believer in Circuit style of Training ,as it maintains high intensity and disciplined mindset during workout. So i will implement Circuit styled training in our workouts for first two months.
But before going to war we must warm up..yes.’ALWAYS WARM UP BEFORE WORKOUT’ this mantra will avoid unnecessary injuries.
BODY TWIST-50 REPS
RUNNING IN PLACE-1 MIN/RUNNING ON TREADMILL-5 MIN
PUSH UPS-10 REPS
MOUNTAIN CLIMBER-5 REPS
YOGA ASANAS-ANY ONE THAT INVOLVES FULL BODY.
These all can be in your warm up regime for 5 mins,keep intensity at intermediate level.
So now we are left with 40 mins.
Here starts real game
Home version for workout will be:-
Body twist-100 per side.
Push ups-10 reps.
This is a cycle of your workout ,once finished you may have 60 sec to 80 sec rest,and start again,complete another cycle .
I want you to do it for next 25 mins hopefully you will be able to complete 3-4 circuits.
For next 15 min
we will target a specific body part:
On first day we will start with CHEST
We will Take any one exercise out of
Push ups,V push ups,Hindu push ups ,and will perform in Pyramid fashion
1st set-10 reps,2nd set- 9 reps,3rd set-8 reps till Last Set- 1 reps. Rest time – as Minimal as possible.
