“Early to Bed, Early to Rise’ OK Stop ..That’s not me, i got no time for Gym, and no time for Household chores, Forget park, My room is not big enough to do exercises, No running for me. I am a Fitness conscious but i am afraid of Commitments” These are some of Infinite excuses of yours,if you lag in commitment then forget Godly Physique that’s not for you.

May be,your employment doesn’t give you liberty to go to gym but then you must make necessary changes that suit you.Do heavy workout on your weekends.you can regularly walk .You have to show intent.Do your household chores and think of them as Cardio workout.

I will list out some of exercise that you can easily do in your room ( No Need of Your Out of Gym Excuse).

 

Standing Calf Raises

Physique, Gym, Fitness, Exercise- Calf Raise

Lift as high as you can onto your toes and lower your heels down as much as your ankle flexibility allows. Push evenly through the entire width of your foot.

4 sets 25 Reps,Yo can  use staircases to perform this exercise.

Triceps Dip

4 set 10 Reps -You can use a bench or a chair.

Farmer’s Walk

Physique, Gym, Fitness, Exercise- Farmers walk

Physique, Gym, Fitness, Exercise- Farmers walk

Walk while holding weights in your hand.you may use Dumbbells,
heavy items.Walk for 5 mins at least.Even ,bringing Purchased
items from Grocery shop will do fine.

And Please Make necessary changes in your diet.
