Method —

Place your hands on your shoulder or on your waist and slowly move or twist your waist from side to side.You will feel a contraction in your Oblique abdominal muscles.Kindly perform it in High repetitions 200  at least Per side ,so in total 400,4 Mins.

Perform it twice a Day and you will certainly get results.

You can increase the intensity and difficulty level by combining it with different exercises like Squat,Burpee.

You can use a bar or a stick for adding extra resistance.
